This study deals with investigation of electric-arc furnace slag and silica fame of Antalya Ferrochrome Establishment, as filler material in asphalt concrete. These materials were examined if they could use in flexible pavement as filler, instead of limestone dust. Firstly, %7 filler and %3,5 - 4 - 4,5 - 5 - 5,5 - 6 and 6,5 asphalt cement percentages were used to prepare specimens for each filler material, according to Marshall mixture design method. Stability tests were carried out on these specimens and optimum bitumen content was determined for each filler type. Then, bituminous mixture specimens were prepared by using %0 - 2,5 - 5 - 7 and 10 different filler percentages and by using optimum bitumen content. Then, stability tests were carried out on this specimens. According to the results of the tests, design parameters were obtained and usability of filler materials in bituminous mixtures was determined by design parameters. As a result, it was concluded that Ferrochrome slag could be used in bituminous mixtures, instead of limestone dust, as filler material. Ferrochrome slag tests gave similar results to limestone dust, even higher results in durability.
