Anthropogenic effects in the eastern Antalya of heavy metal research on Pyrus cordata subsp. and Pancratium maritimum

Abstract (EN)
In this study, heavy metal pollution caused by anthropogenic effects in the east of Antalya province was investigated in the organ samples of two plants and their soil samples in their habitat. In the east of Antalya, the plant part samples of the Pyrus cordata subsp. boissieriana and soil samples in their environment were collected from 9 different localities, palnt part samples of Pancratium maritimum and soil samples they collected were collected from 5 different localities for one year during four years. These sample areas in the study area were tried to be chosen homogeneously and the distribution of the population of the plant species was also effective in determining the sampling localities. Soil samples taken from plant samples and habitats in Antalya, heavy metal contamination and the use of selected plant species as a possible bioindicator of heavy metals were investigated. All of the part samples of the collected plant samples were washed and prepared for analysis and the amounts of Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, Cd, Pb, Ni and Co were determined by ICP-OES. Pyrus cordata subsp. boissieriana the amount of heavy metal accumulation obtained as a result of the investigations in the organ samples varies according to the location, plant organ and season. The average concentrations of heavy metals obtained from the analysis of plant organ samples are listed as Fe>Cu>Zn>Mn>Ni>Pb>Cd>Co. As a result of the analyzes made in soil samples of the plant, the average heavy metal concentrations are compared with Ni>Zn>Mn>Fe>Cu>Co>Pb>Cd. Pancratium maritimum organ samples as a result of the investigation of the average heavy metal values of Fe>Zn>Cu>Mn>Pb>Ni>Cd>Co. The average heavy metal concentrations determined in the soil samples of P. maritimum plants are Ni>Zn>Cu>Co>Mn>Fe>Pb>Cd. Fe, Cu and Zn in terms of the highest accumulation of plant organs, while the soil samples in the Ni-related pollution can be said to be. In the field of research, it is possible to say that there is pollution of different heavy metals.
