Abstract (EN)

It is widely known from many different studies conducted around the World that climate is in favor of change. Precipitation as a parameter of climate, affects many activities subtitle such as economy and sociocultural. Accordingly, studies on such subjects of precipitation in Antalya province gain importance, which has shown drastic increase of population and pioneer of tourism and agricultural activities. In this study, trend analysis of precipitation records in the period of 1970-2017 is investigated for meteorological stations of Antalya provinces coastal region consisting: Antalya Airport, Alanya, Finike, Gazipaşa and Manavgat. In trend analysis works linear regression and double mass curve used for filling empty precipitation data, afterward to test homogeneity of precipitation data homogeneity tests of Pettitt, Buishand and von Neumann has been used. After obtaining the filled precipitation data, Mann Kendall trend analysis, Sen's slope method and Innovative Trend Analysis Methodology (ITA) were used for trend analysis. Following the completion of missing data with linear regression and mean of one lower and upper period data, Mann Kendall trend analysis realized with %5 significance level. Mann Kendall trend analysis results show no trends in annual and seasonal precipitation values. However, monthly values show both increase and decrease trend in different periods for different stations. On the other hand, ITA show increase and decrease trend for different observation stations with changing magnitudes.
