People spend most of their times in closed areas such as house, office, shopping centers and hotels. In Turkey and in the words, closed areas are increasing according to the increasing population.Interior conditions in winter seasons must have some quality standards depending on the length of time of being in collective working places such as the schools, the courthouses, and the big offices.Main aim of this study is to investigate the effects of some parameters on indoor air quality for human health. These parameters are temperature, relative humidity, CO2, dust particules and radon. For this aim, some experimental measurements were done in justice building and three educational institution buildings and in Antalya with the devices which are used to measure the indoor air quality during 6 months. The results of the measurement were analysed by Minitab 13.2 computer program which is a sort of statical program.In this research, we tried to present the subject of the indoor air quality to which people do not pay attention in Turkey. Moreover we tried to prove that the effect on perception, learning and deciding of students, teachers in schools, justice personal and justices working in the justice building.Key words: Interior Conditions, Air Quality, Pollutants, Health Effect.
