The evaluation of working conditions in terms of occupational health and safety in greenhouse enterprises in antalya province

In this study, the workers? qualifications, behaviors and working conditions who work in greenhouse enterprises, risks that they face in terms of health and safety, their knowledge levels about risks and their prevention methods from risks were investigated in Antalya province. There were established that workers do not have significant information about the risks that stem from working conditions and precautions that need to be taken against these risks, also they have wrong attitude and practices. In addition, they have health complaints and occupational accidents. In conclusion, according to findings proposals were made that things to be done in terms of occupational health and safety.
