Abstract (EN)
The perceptions, attitudes and intentions of Turks living in the central region of Antalya towards Japanese food were examined. Within the scope of the study, a survey was conducted with a sample of 400 people in three Japanese restaurants located in the central region of Antalya. During the research process, consumers' demographic characteristics, frequency of visiting Japanese restaurants, their perceived qualities of Japanese food (health, sensory properties, natural content, price, weight control, mood) and their attitudes and intentions towards these foods were examined. Comprehensive information about consumers was obtained through the survey form prepared accordingly. Within the scope of the study, an effort was made to understand Turkish consumers' attitudes and intentions towards Japanese food.
