Abstract (EN)
Interest in Health Tourism, one of the highest tourism types added in tourism, is increasing every day. Health tourists can be instantly informed about new treatment methods in health care through the spread of Internet technologies. Digital marketing tools are critical because they are a highly effective means of promotion and branding for institutions with a Health Tourism authorization document. The purpose of this study is to show the impact of digital marketing on institutions with Health Tourism authorization in Antalya. This study covers 10 Special oral and dental clinic located in the Fener neighborhood of Muratpasa district of Antalya province. In this study, content analysis has been performed on websites and social media accounts of institutions with Health Tourism authorization in Antalya. The importance of this study is to determine whether digital marketing has an impact on institutions that have a Health tourism authorization certificate in Antalya. In this context, the literature screening and content analysis found that digital marketing has an impact on healthcare institutions.
