Exposed in work environment of trainers investigation of mobbing behaviors

The aim of this research is determine the levels of psychological mobbing exposed by coaches who work in Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality in their working environments and to determine by whom this was inflicted .The universe of the research is the coaches who work in Sports Istanbul Company of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, the sample consists of 121 volunteer coaches selected by simple random method from the population. The related data in the study were collected using "Negative Acts Questionnaire (NAQ). In the analysis of the data; suitability for normal distribution was determined using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test. The results were calculated by using demographic data of coaches, frequency and percentages, arithmetic mean, Mann-Whitney U Test and Krusukal-Wallis H tests, Bonferroni correction test and SPSS 20 package program.In the study; It was observed that 37.2% of the coaches working in the Sports Istanbul Company of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality were exposed to intimidating behaviors, and the arithmetic mean of this situation was by 2.59, which was "below mid-level.According to the study, It was found that males were compared women, singles were married, 26 to 30 years were compared to other age range, bachelor's and master's level education were compared to other education level,those having 6 to 10 years of experience compared to other times of experience,the Assistant Facility Managers and field coaches compared to other coaches ,the permanent coaches compared to contracted coaches were exposed to more intimidating behaviors.It was concluded that the participants who were exposed to mobbing had generally seen such negative actions from their managers and colleagues.
