Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, an electronic voting system is designed and implemented by using a newly introduced software tool, Oracle Application Express (APEX). The suggested voting system is a prototype of our electoral system. As because Oracle Database System works more efficiently and faster with the web application program belonging to its own family, more effective software is achieved in the end of this work regarding electronic election system.
