Abstract (EN)

In this study, the life tables of two different populations of Aphis gossypii Glover (Hemiptera: Aphididae) were obtained by taking the nymphs of the wingless and winged forms. In addition, the development, survival and fertility of the nymphs of the mothers from each population according to their maternal ages were investigated. The study was carried out in 2016 in Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Plant Protection. The climate room was adjusted to 25 ± 1ºC temperature, 60 ± 5% relative humidity and 16: 8 hour light: dark conditions. 80% of the nymphs of the population consisting of wingless forms could be mature. Of all these adults, only wingless adults were formed. 78% of the nymphs of the population consisting of winged forms could be adult and 8% of adults could become winged. While there were no statistical differences between the calculated life tables of both forms, the life table parameters according to wingless and winged forms were as follows; The intrinsic rate of increase (r) 0.130 d-1 and 0.140 d-1, the finite rate of increase (λ), 1.139 d-1 and 1.150 d-1, the net reproductive rate (R0) was 6.54 nymphs/female and 7.61 nymphs/female, mean generation time (T) was 14.36 days and 14.43 days.
