Abstract (EN)
In the study conducted between 2012-2017 on companies benefiting from KOSGEB's R & D, Innovation and Industrial Application Support Program; The data within the scope of the support received by the enterprises were analyzed. First of all, the data set is summarized with descriptive statistics. The effects of the qualifications of the firms benefiting from the support on the success of R & D and innovation processes were examined. Thus, the factors that are in the main characteristics of R & D and innovation activities, which are very complex in nature, are analyzed. In this study, it has been found that KOSGEB support makes a significant contribution to the success of companies in R & D and innovation process. In general, it is concluded that the state plays an important role in the development of innovative attitudes of firms. It has been determined that the more detailed and long-term data collection by the support providers will contribute to achieving more consistent results in future studies.
