Strategies are determined in the R&D Centers to follow a more systematic path in order to reveal something new. Thus, strategies that increase efficiency and effectiveness are determined in realizing ideas that will benefit the future, transforming findings into practice, producing new technologies, producing new products, and improving existing ones. In this study, the Management and Organization of R&D Centers is discussed and strategies are tried to be put forward for its development. Management and Organization has been one of the most important issues since the world was founded. The management system of the country and the world governs as much as the person's self-management, relationships, business and environment. The management system is constantly changing in the wheel of time. The purpose of government is that people get their fair share of the world's blessings. The purpose of managing is to search for goodness and beauty for the brotherhood of people and to add value to the world and society.
