Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to examine the teamwork tendency of scout leaders who are members of the Search and Rescue and Humanitarian Aid Institute of the Turkish Scout Federation in search and rescue and humanitarian aid activities. In addition, the effects of variables such as gender, age range, marital status, education level, leadership branch, leadership year, number of operations and year of operations on the teamwork tendency of scout leaders in search and rescue and humanitarian aid activities were examined. The teamwork tendency scale and demographic information form were used in the study. The sample group of this study consists of 252 scout leaders who participated in search and rescue and humanitarian aid activities. In the study, a statistical program was used in the examination and analysis of the data. In the study, it was generally observed that the teamwork, responsibility, problem solving and leadership factor dimensions of scout leaders were high on average.
