International relations of the middle east after the Arab Spring and Turkish foreign policy

Middle East region; due to its political, economic and cultural structure, has a very important place in international relations. It is one of the richest regions in the world in terms of energy resources. The region has undergone a serious change with the end of the Cold War. After the Cold War, Turkey's relations with regional states has also undergone many changes. The Arab Spring, which began in Tunisia in late 2010, has created a new wave of change in the Middle East. Developments in the region and the internal war in Syria, created new threats to Turkey's national security. New dimensions were added to the foreign policy of Turkey, who wants to protect its national interests. In this study; Turkey's regional policy in the Middle East is analyzed within the context of theinternational developments that Arab Spring created. The states affected by the Arab Spring process in the Middle East were examined and the reflections of the developments in the region on the Turkish Foreign Policy were evaluated.
