For the first time in ethiopia, the aroma and taste of the abandoned cabbage spread throughout the whole continent. Today, coffee, which is still an indispensable routine of people, will drink the most consumed alcohol in the whole world. Changing habits, living standards and the intensity of modern life, people are going to coffee shops every hour of the day to socialize and try different flavors. The interest in the coffee shop has always been consumed since the demand and discovery of the chains, which is an important reason for the emergence of this project. Benoit et al Reported in 2001 that the hepatoprotective effect of the catheter is antagonizing the promoting effects of hepatitis B and C infection in the development of cirrhosis and a protective effect against alcoholic non-alcoholic cirrhosis. Prevention of various diseases, coffee will add value. Caffeine, one of the components of coffee beans' hot water extracts, has been reported to have an antiherpetic activity.Our study also, Coffea Arabica (Coffea arabica) Water, Methonol, Dichloromethane and Hexane extracts were found to protect DNA from oxidative damage. Results of the microdilution It was understood that Coffea Arabica (Coffea arabica) would be beneficial in medical and pharmacological terms with more detailed studies. When the TAS and TOS levels were examined, it was found that the water, methanol, dichloromethane and hexane extracts of Coffea Arabica showed very good antioxidant effect and the oxidant level was normal.
