Abstract (EN)
in this project, applicability ratios of computers in every step of a conventional land consolidation project are searched. Computers are used in two different ways. in the first way; the data bases are fonned. in these data bases, the information about the fanners and parcels are stored and processed. This information is composed of three main groups. First group includes the names, surnames and simılar things about the villagers. Second group includes numerical and alpha-numerical information like the areas of the parcels, ownership percentages and soü indexes of the parcels. Third group includes geographical information that is obtaiııed by the digitalization of the maps. Numerical and alpha-numerical information is stored onto computer discs by using BASIC programming language. So that, this information is used very easily in later studies. By using the data bases, necessary revisions and usage of the stored information are done very easily in every step of the project. By means of mis ability, every required change is done in every step of the application. Maps used in the project are digitized by using a CAD program. That's why, some processes like forming the blocks and placing the newly designed parcel texture into the blocks are done easily and very accurately. in addition to this, former ovmership map and soü map are fit into öne another by the computer. By mis study, amount of each soil group in each parcel is determined. This ranction is also used in parcel delivery. Again, by the same method, former ownership map and block map are compared and places of the newly fonned parcels are determined in the blocks that were present before the project. And, output of the CAD program can be read by96 the program which is prepared for the formation of data bases and vice versa. That's why, the CAD program and the mentioned program form a respectively working group. Determination of the new parcel texture form one of the most important processes in land consolidation applications. The second way in which computers are used is the determination of the new parcel texture. For this, a model is formed. This model reaches the solution by minimizing parcel transfer in accordance with the wishes of the villagers. In order to reach this solution, wishes of the villagers for each block are evaluated. Numbers of villagers that want to get land in a block are summed up. This sum is called "Block Demand Priority Number". Secondly, the block map and the former ownership map are fit into one another in order to calculate the "Block Priority Numbers" by dividing the area of land of each villager into the total area of each parcel for the old block of that parcel. Delivery of the blocks starts with the block with the highest "Block Demand Priority Number". If the total area of the block is smaller than the total area demanded by the villagers, delivery starts with the persons with highest "Block Priority Numbers" and continues in decreasing order. At the end of these, various parcels belonging to a person are carried towards his biggest land. Here, parcel transfer is minimized. This model is applied in the lands of Çayırköy Village and it is observed mat newly formed data bases were sufficient. Delivery algorithm is used very easily if total areas of the blocks are bigger than the total area demanded by the villagers. But if the areas are the same, the model works hardly in accordance with the wishes of the villagers. In this case, process is97 repeated and resulted calculations are eliminated. So that, solution of the problem is simplified. As a result, the model put forward an acceptable solution in Çayırköy application. And, when the obtained results are evaluated by the villagers, some revisions were made. At the end, it is observed that the result was being more acceptable after each revision.
