Abstract (EN)
This study was implemented in the frame of land consolidation project in the city of Malatya, Yesilyurt District, Görgü Village. As a result of the project, the number of parcels were decreased from 913 to 805 and consuldation ratio was determinated as %12. Number of inaccesilde parcel prior to the project. In contrast of this situation; according to new parcel planning which built after the project, benefits had been provided directly for all of parcels from new road and irrigation system which is in frame of the project. As a result of the project these parcels benefited from the constructed roads and irrigation system within the project. Recreational and green area planning were implemented for raising social awareness and prosperity level at the end of the project. In this contents, inner roads of the village Görgü and pavements, an afforestation and picnic areas were planned for the village communits. It is expected that migration from village to city will be decreased as the social life quality of the region was increased with this work.
