Abstract (EN)

Robotic applications have become more widely used in daily life and industrial automation with the advancement of technology. These systems provide more accurate results both in terms of reliability and speed and these results can be reached more economically. In robotic applications, traveling ability is generally important. What makes the traveling robots that we can define as simple today, what is important is what they are doing now and what they can do in the future by using the creativity of human beings. This project was to control a vehicle on bluetooth via an android-based phone in a remote controlled electromechanical system using a vehicle platform. Also in this project, Arduino UNO R3, HC05 bluetooth module, L293 motor shield, 12V dry battery, DC motor and plexiglass body were used. The software part of the project was embedded with Arduino's interface and the android software was written with the App Inventor program. The data sent from the Android device was sent to the Arduino UNO via the HC05 bluetooth module. The Arduino triggered the L293 Motor Shield if the incoming data meets the requirements, allowing the motors to rotate at the required direction and speed.
