Abstract (EN)
Erictic reasoning ways and fallacies in general have been the interest of philosophers since Aristotle, the great philosopher of the Ancient Greek. However, it is different from analysis of the modern Academy regarding the fallacies that described as logic and reasoning errors to the type of eristic reasoning in which Aristotle described it as apparent refutation method of sophists in Sophictical Refutations. According to Aristotle who predicated relation between eristic and dialectic in pinciple, the appereance of fallacies and the seeming truth of it is caused by the misunderstanding between the language, the world and relation between them built by some false beliefs and assumptions and the ignorance about syllogism and refutation, Thus, Aristotle analyzed eristic reasoning and fallacies on ontological and epistemological ground rather than logical ground and made its classification based by the language. Accordinly, he also identified the line between true reasoning types and eristic reasoning type which he classified as a false reasoning. Consequently in this thesis, with the comments and references of Schreiber, has been tried to envision and clarify the issues such as how Aristote positioned eristic reasoning in syllogism and how he resolved the fallacies and what solutions he offered.
