A research of Albenian independence according to Ottoman newspapers (Tanin,Tercüman-i Hakikat,İkdam ve Sabah\1912-1913)

The Balkans has been one of the most problematic geographies of the Ottoman Empire because it shelters varied ethnic components that Albania where takes place in this ethnic mosaic became a national state has a different property. That difference is originated from the special locations in the structure of Ottoman Empire and the quality of the relationships with the Ottoman management.Certainly becoming a national state of Albanian didn?t happen in a short time like 1912-1913. The national conscious which had begun in 1878 Berlin Pact became clearer with the important changes which happened both domestic and foreign politica of Ottoman Empire.The developments which caused Albania to be free; 1912 general Albanian , the military measures which Otoman took to prevent the rebellion events , big powers? ambitions aimed at the region with the reform programmes have been followed by Ottoman press.The news about Albanian rebellion and military movement have been published on the 4 big newspapers of the period which constituted the academic basement of our research . During the Albanian rebellion , it has been observed that the newspapers exaggerated the developments which were the ayes for us and they reflected the nays for us with an optimisitc view. At that point of view , it is difficult to say that the newspapers made a neutral publication.
