Valuation difficultics encountered in land management

In this study it has been mentioned about measural problems of land arrengment that give birth to inequalities and injustice both owneers and public's rihts. Because of that firstly it's been touched on the process of urbanizatioa The process of urbanization will not loose it's velocity in it's progress in the near future and the legal eposides about the precautions of urbanization are also emphasized. The current laws and mostly the parts of imar Mevzuatı that' s about arrengment of land, ground and real estate has been studied. The importance of real estate valuation, the approach and methods about it and explained. The publical and individual benefit and necessity of detecting the real estate values in land and groud arrengment has also explained. One by one it' s talked about the effective factors influencing the new values of real estate after land arrengments. It's aimed to explain how a scoring about these factors can be done and how a network between these factors can be established.
