Abstract (EN)
Documents are written texts that have verdict and serve to establish a right or prove a case. Official documents that are the subject of official documents forgery crimes are letters prepared by a public official as a requirement public duty in accordance with the procedures and principles specified in the law. The Turkish Panel Code regulates forgery of official documents as "Crimes against public order". The majority of administrative transaction in the conduct of military of military services are be materialized as scriptory. These letters which ensure that the will of the Turkish Army Forces is reflected in the material word through the personnel on duty are official documents in the legal sense. Official documents related to military service are prepared incorrectly or are presented to superiors and the person in charge knowing that they are incorrect; it will also disrupt the conduct of national defence activies. For this reason, examining the crimes regulated in the Turkish Panel Code and Military Penal Code it is of great importance in preventing disputes that may occur in the interpretation and application of the legislation.
