Purview of commercial courts

Commercial cases and commercial character of non-contentious matters of proceedings are determined in the commercial court of first instance. Because of applying particular rules of commercial law at commercial cases and commercial character of non-contentious matters of proceedings, pending that cases and matters are required to detailed knowledge and expertise. Therefore, the commercial court of first instance is a specialized court. The thesis consists of two parts. In the first part of the thesis, the structure of the commercial court of first instance and its place in the judiciary, history of commercial courts, the relationship between commercial court of first instance and other courts are explained. Second part of the thesis, about the general concepts of the case and non-contentious matters of proceeding and in charge of which cases and non-contentious matters of proceeding the commercial court of first instance are explained.
