Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effect of work overload, burnout, work stress and intention to quit on employees in the banking sector was investigated. In addition, the mediating role of burnout and work stress in the effect of work overload on the intention to quit has been investigated. Survey data was collected from 516 bank employees in Osmaniye and Adana provinces. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the work overload of the bank employees significantly affected the employees work stress, burnout levels and their intention to quit. As a result of the mediation analysis, it was found that work stress and burnout play a mediating role in the effect of work overload on the intention to quit.
