Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of appointment process on personnel in General Directorate of Youth and Sport and to make some recomendations for future applications. In this study chief, expert, federation general secretary, office director and head of department personels of General Directorate of Youth and Sport personnel's personality traits, general form of appointment process and specific form (promotion, transfer, demotion) of appointment process point of view were taken to decide how to appointment process takes place and how it effects the personnel. Total of 205 personnels were participated into this study.A questionare which has 3 sections and includes 35 questions was given to participators. But only 123 (%60) of them answered it. Statistical analysis were done by using statistical frequency (f), percentage distribution (%) and Chi-Square (x2) with.05 significance degree. All analysis of data were done by using "Micro-Stat" pocket computer program. As results of this study; -Protecting factors effect the appointment process and these type of processes has negative influence on personnel.Appointment process policy and principles are not taken place in organization. -Appointment processes take place in unexpected way. -Educational benefits don't take place on appointment process. -Speciality field of personnel has not importance on appointment process. -Transfer numbers of managers are higher than other personnel. -Passing to GDYS from other organizations is high level.
