Abstract (EN)
In this thesis study, it was revealed how the suspended solids, chemical oxygen demand and biological oxygen demand values obtained as a result of treatment in different treatment plants in Kahramanmaraş province where Membrane Bioreactor Method is used are affected by pH, population, surface area and flow rate parameters. The highest efficiency in the treatment of suspended solids, chemical oxygen demand and biological oxygen demand parameters was found in the Central wastewater treatment plant. In the Central wastewater treatment plant, the best treatment data were determined as 97.49% for AKM, 91.94% for COD and 98.57% for BOD. It was observed that membrane bioreactor method is one of the most effective methods in wastewater treatment. In addition, positive factors such as the increase in volumetric load with the help of this method, less sludge formation, and almost no harmful effects of the treated water on the environment reveal that the water treated with this method is of very high quality.
