The purpose of this study is to determine the occupational accidents and occupational diseases that may occur in the domestic wastewater treatment plants and to remove the occupational accidents and occupational diseases that may occur. During the study, treatment facilities consisting of different technologies and processes in Mersin province Anamur, Bozyazı and Mut provinces were utilized. I have been actively monitoring the results of the 3 facilities follow-up of the 9-month follow-up and observed risk factors. As a result of these examinations, the risk evaluation was carried out using the 3T method in the sections determined in 3 facilities. Electrical and biological risks were found to be lower before and after the evaluation. The departments and equipments that are examined in the facilities are the large risks such as the recycle unit, the sludge dewatering unit, the entrance promotion unit, the ventilation pools, the settling pools, the laboratories, the workshops, the blower building, the sand and oil retainer unit, the coarse grid, the fine grid and the administrative buildings. As a result, risks have been identified and precautions have been taken within the scope of the studies to try to remove work accidents and deaths.
