Determinig administrators behaviours which cause stress on eight grade students of primary school who have different assertiveness levels and students behaviours to cope with this stress

This research examines the correlation of the students? assertiveness with primary school administers behaviours what caused stress on students and the students? opinion about the way how they deal with this stress.448 eighth grade students took place in the research from the 12 primary schools in district of Esenyurt in Istanbul. From the public surveys which are filled out by students 436 surveys are found valid and are evaluated.SPSS 15. Program is utilized in the process of analyzing the data what collected from the surveys. The descriptive static?s methods such as frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and the explaining static?s methods such as t-test, one way variance analysis, Lsd test and Pearson Momentum Correlation are used in the analyses.The findings at the end of the research verify that all administrators? behaviours in scale, cause stressed on the students and the frequency of showing behaviours on coping with the stress decreases when the students? assertiveness increases.
