Abstract (EN)
In order to be able to adapt to today's conditions where competition is increasing, companies need to use their existing machinery and equipment effectively and hence to perform their production process efficiently. In this study, first, the efficiencies of lines are determined by using overall equipment efficiency. Then, current state map and future state map where losses are eliminated are presented by using value stream mapping in order to identify areas that can be improved. Finally, a mathematical programming model has been proposed that takes into account existing and improved capacities. Using this mathematical model, delay times are minimized and scheduling is done by Gantt charts.
