Abstract (EN)

This research aims to examine whether the job satisfaction, life satisfaction, job stress and job turnover intentions of shopping mall human resources vary by demographic characteristics of employees, and at the same time, to examine the relationships among job satisfaction, life satisfaction and job turnover intention of shopping mall human resources' job stress. A survey, consisting of 42 questions and 5 parts and aiming to determine the demographic characteristics of employees and to measure the job satisfaction levels, life satisfaction levels and job stress levels of employees, was applied to 371 employees in shopping malls in Kırklareli. According to research findings; it is found that there is a negative and significant relationship between job stress and job satisfaction (rho: -0,301; p <0,01); there is a negative and significant relationship between job stress and life satisfaction (rho: -0,194; p<0,01) and there is a positive and significant relationship between job stress and job turnover intention (rho: 0,639; p<0,01). In the light of findings; it is reasonable to say that an increase in job stress levels of shopping mall employees decreases the level of job satisfaction (H1) and level of life satisfaction (H2), but increases their job turnover intention (H3).
