Europe Union Eastern Partnership policy: Neighborhood and interest

Today's European continent countries, in which history's most blooded Show downs' touch paper lighted, serving as a model with their democray and their functioning market. So, to get this point, which process they got through. While changing with expansions, which precautings did they take to prevent deeping? Why did they start Eastrn Partnership Policy, which is the plot of this thesis. In addition to be able to supply the increasing energy need consistantly from reliable sources, to make an alternative in any trouble is vitally important for EU and they started attempts in order to maket he variation. Eastern Partnership Policy's being an attempt to areas, which are rich in natural resources, borught EU and interest on the agenda and this questioned that weather the EU's policy making is completely peaceful purposes or so. The Union who doesn't want the terror incident to move it's borders after cold war, wanted to make a safety chamber around itself in order to protect its peaceful environment from illegal migration an human trafficking. This chamber, which is primarily called Neighbourhood Policy moved to regions of South Caucasus and East Europe with the Eastern Partnership Policy, which is one of the questioned policy's complement. The Union, which wants to export the peace and prosperity inside, positively changed and transformed it's addressed countries. So the EU, who always supports the global peace, will be able to became a global power while subsisting it's presence at in questioned regions. But is it possible when considering with the Russian Federation truth, who is one of the biggest critic? Is it among the goals to break the RF's effect while creating Eastern Partnership Policy? Are RF's interest in region regarded? You will observe how EU reacts in the event of it's conflict of interets with Russian Federation in addition to all of these questions. While EU and in question country relations examined, Russian Federation's and in question country relations will be transferred with their history and political backgrounds. This study was written in order to reveal that the EU estanblished its Eastern PArtnership Policy in order to prevent terrorism by creating a security circle, to ensure energy dependency through safe ways and ultimately protect its interests.
