Abstract (EN)

Education is one of the basic tools to rise of competing power. Life long learning is the most important concept for competing in education. Life long learning politics make easy personal satisfaction, active citizenship, social and professional integrity. For this aim, Turkish National Agency is established on 2003 firstly and then Turkey is included to the European United Programs for Education and Youth beginning from on 1st April 2004In this investigation, it is tried to evaluate the teachers who had gone to the abroad in the frame of European Union Programs for Education and Youth which Turkey is also contained.Research is contained from the teachers who are officials at vocational high schools and had gone to the abroad in the frame of projects which are approved and supported by Turkish National Agency on the year of 2006 in Istanbul.There are state of the problem, aims, importance, assumption, restrictive and definitions in the first chapter of the investigation. There are also EU Education politics and their targets, historical processes of education politics and information?s about EU Programs for Education and Youth in the second chapter. The method of the investigation is explained in the third chapter. There are some obtained inventions and their interpretations in the fourth chapter. There are also discussions, results and suggestions of the investigation which is done, in the fifth chapter and also the last chapter.
