Abstract (EN)
In this study, EU Education Policies, fundamental principles and aims indetermination of these policies, EU Education Programs and Projects, in the process of fullmembership regulations, changes realized in Turkey for adaptation of EU EducationRegulations and effects of these changes on Turkish Education System were discussed.In this descriptive study, first of all, existing situation was determined by using combmethod. Turkey and EU constitute space of the study. It was studied in only determinedspace in the context of problems and aims without applying sample collection. In first part,historical development and organizational structure of EU and Turkey - EU relations, insecond part, EU education policies and education programs and in third part, legalregulations and applications realized in Turkey to adapt the EU regulations were discussed.Main results reached in this study are as below:1- EU does not have absolute or shared authority on education policies in memberstates. Each member state has its own unique education system. The Union?s main function isto create a platform to improve cooperation and increase the sharing of experiences oneducation between member states.2- Turkey are benefiting from EU education programs and financial resources.3- Adaptation of EU Education Regulations, establishment of National Center for fullparticipations to EU Education Programmes are among the priorities of National ProgrammeFor The Adoption Of The Acquis.
