Abstract (EN)

This study has been conducted to examine Europian Union's policies towards he Caucasus.Changing world and with the post-cold war order, many governments had to adjust their different poicies because of new situation. The boundaries well expanded with the last enlargement waves and the remaining problematic region from the former USSR, Europian Union needed reshape their policies to perform particular security and energy to play global player. In this sence, the Caucasus region has been become increasingly important region for Europe.This study explores the reasons of the Europian Union's interest Caucasus and as a result of this practice suggest that the policy in this region. In this context: TACIS, TRACECA, and INOGATE projects conducted with the regional states and the Europian Union's bilateral relations were discussed.
