Abstract (EN)
The concept of "family life" guaranteed in Article 8 of the ECHR undoubtedly requires the applicability of this right. However, there is no definition of "family life" in the ECHR. However, this concept has undergone rapid evolution and continues to evolve in such a way, taking into account social and legal changes since the ECHR has been established. In this respect, the main purpose of our work is to determine the right to respect for the family life, which is often discussed in the doctrine under the heading of the right to privacy, in the context of Article 8 of the ECHR.
