Attorney fee in case of expiry of attorney agreement

The lawyer fulfills the defense function by undertaking an important task in the name of the function of the judiciary. When he fulfills this function, he assumes a public service and charges for the service he has done. He also falls under various obligations to the business owner. Contracts involving this relationship involving mutual acts are legal contracts. While the lawyer's most important act in the attorney agreement is legal aid, the most important act of the business owner is the fee. The lawyer is entitled to two types of contracting conclusion; attorney fee and legal fee. In this study, the cases ending the attorney agreement and the status of the attorney fee will be examined in terms of these cases.
