Our study consists of the attorney's fee which is for compensation for legal services performed by an attorney. One of the most important institutions that ensure the co-existence of people. The importance of the service provided by the people of legal knowledge caused the emergence of attorneyship as a profession. Legal aid is carried out in exchange of a certain amount of money within the service of attorneys, which constitutes an important means to ensure the independence of attorney from any kind of influence.In our study on attorney's fee, the introduction includes, in accordance with its relevance, the notion of attorneyship, its importance as a profession, its features and the regulations concerning itThesis consists of three parts. The first part includes the definition of attorney's contract, elements, forms, legal aspects, parties and the rights and liabilities of the parties; the second part consists of the fee in the attorney's contract; and, finally, the third part consists of the liability of the attorney stemming from the contract and attorney's fee in certain special circumstances.
