Özet (EN)
One of the most salutary results of the throuhgout nineteen century ofrevival intrested in the traditions of liberalism is that F.A. Hayek?s Social andPolitical writings. In this writings, Hayek has against the concept of planingwhich is the basic argument of the Welfare Economics. Methodologicalfundementals of this opposition, which constitute principle of Austrian Schoolof Economics such as subjectivism, individualism, knowladge andspontaneous order. Also Hayek argue that, any intervention in operation ofthe market and sociaty, lead to destruction of freedom and convert thesystem into totalitarianism. In order to defend this idea, he criticizingconstructive rationalism and instead of this emphasis the evolutionaryrationalism. In this manner, Hayek, by defending free market, criticize formentality of planing and intervention and be passionate defender offreedoms. Hayek sees freedom, which is described, negative disposition,both individual meaning and freedom meaning, ?a person is not exposed toany intervention and coercion, who able to behaviour freely?. In the Politicalarea, proposed by Hayek, increasing freedom and contraction of state infavor of the free market and restricted government under the rule of law.Aim of this study, issues such as; freedoms, importance of free marketand what is the requires of the limit and funtions of government, and formmove to this vision, to criticize of Hayek of the social state, investigate whosegovernment concept.
