Abstract (EN)

Conventional method used in our country to make silage, corn harvest from the field by shattered a way to load the trailer and begin to pit the transportation or the storage pool. The pool is filled with chopped silage is compressed by pressing on the cylinder or tractor. Then to get silage with plastic sheeting over the air is tightly closed. In this way, the process is time consuming and costly to obtain silage. In addition, today's small-scale farmers from exhaustion of the pool of accumulated silage occurred in Turkey also takes a long time. The pool cover is opened on silage slowly begins to rot. The consumption of silage due to lack of sufficient number of animals is long and silage during this period of time decay is also the risk of deterioration. The main process in the thesis harvest silage, ground beef, and the possibility of a compression machine for plastic cover with wrapping process had been examined. All these actions are designed with this purpose in itself makes a complete system. The system provides information at all stages in the process control system with electronic sensors and queues, pauses, is carried by the flow control system. Produced by harvest machine to chop silage fields it had been left to be compressed into small cylinders coated field and stretch film. In this way, the low weight package aimed to obtain silage with optimum cost.
