Abstract (EN)
In the study, Ayşe Naciye's mansion located in Ormana district, İbradı-Antalya were selected as material. The study aimed to document the current situation of the mansion by preparing a survey, to reveal the original situation of the mansion with the restitution project, and in the light of this results to present a restoration project proposal by giving a new function as a boutique hotel. For this purpose, the restoration project design was carried out for the survey, survey material usage analysis, survey deterioration analysis, restitution analysis showing the original condition, and a new function proposal, which documents the current state of the mansion. The mansion used as a boutique hotel according to the new function would contribute to the exhibition of the Ormana traditional houses and the tourism of the region.
