Özet (EN)
The lives, lifestyles and religious beliefs of ancient people are always a matter of curiosity. Each region has developed a culture depending on its location, climate and living conditions. Like every society Azerbaıjan has its own History of culture and civilization. Azerbaıjan is at an important point due to its geographical location. Due to this location, cultural exchange has been experienced with its surroundings. In addition, new developments have occurred in their lives depending on time, technology and belief system. We see these developments in pottery motifs and on rock paintings. The invention of the wheel, the developments in agriculture and animal husbandry have also affected people's lifestyles. There are finds showing that they moved from a nomadic society to a settled life over time. By looking at these finds, we see their contributions to architectural development. The fact that the work tools they use to use in daily life keep up with the developing technology depending on time helps us to understand the developments in their lives. The traces of these developments have survived to the present day. We describe the existence of these traces based on archaeological finds. The material culture of Azerbaijan, which is our research subject, has been tried to be examined in all its aspects. As the main source, Azerbaijani archeology books gave direction. Keywords: Pottry, Kurgan, Culture
