Abstract (EN)

The fact that nature is an indispensable part of human life necessitates the interaction between human and nature. Nature and the elements of nature are included in human life as well as in literature and poetry. In this study, the natural elements in the divan of Azmîzâde Hâletî, who was one of the 17th century poets in which Classical Turkish poetry lived its brightest period, were determined and it was revealed that these natural elements were subject to semantic associations and on which literary arts basis. The frequency of use of the elements of nature was determined in the sofa subject to the study and presented in a table. The study consists of four parts. In the first chapter, the four elements in the Azmîzâde Hâletî Court, the cosmic world in the second chapter, the plants in the third chapter, animals in the fourth chapter are examined and the purposes of using these elements related to nature are explained. Each element has been classified and analyzed under the relevant title. The poet used the elements of nature, sometimes literally, and sometimes in association with human characteristics. The features in nature are reflected to the reader by transferring to the lover, memdûha or asylum. Natural events and elements of nature in nature have gained brand new semantic dimensions through literary arts such as metaphor, hüsn-i ta'lil, telmih, hyperbole, trope, and especially simile.
