Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the factors that effect to the increase of Nodularia spumigena, which is toxic and spread out in Lake Bafa and was observed in our past works, is researched in 5 selected stations for 24 months between January 2013 and December 2014. In the two year exampling time period (24 months), phytoplankton composition which was concluded from the results of pulls with plankton crane a total of 50 taxa were observed varying between Ochrophyta Cyanobacteria, Chlorophyta, Dinophyta, Euglenozoa and Cryptophyta. Taxa are the most dominant section containing a rate of 52% Ochrophyta. Just behind this is Cyanobacteria with 18%, Chlorophyta and Dinophyta with 10%, Euglenozoa with 6% and Cryptophyta with 4% in that order. The average data for Lake Bafa surface water quality parameters vary between; 11,3 - 27,8 0C for water temperature; 3,74 - 7,46 mg/L for decomposed oxygen; 7,71 -8,62 for pH; -61 and -101,6 mv for ORP; 15,734 and 22,56 mS for EC; 14,93 and 20,62 g/L for TDS; between ‰ 19,13 and ‰ 11,15 for saltiness; between 26,73 Ω and 32,79 Ω for resistance; 0,62 - 4,57 mg/L for ammonium nitrogen; 0,62 - 7,38 mg/L for total nitrogen; 0,104 - 2,702 mg/L for total phosphor; 0,59 mg/L - 66,53 mg/L for the TN:TP rate; 1,14 and >200 for the amount of chlorophyll-a; 0,46 m - 4,22 m for the Secchi disk observability; 58,64 -85,68 for TDI.
