Özet (EN)
Today, the construction industry is rapidly growing, especially in the area of building housing. Many reasons, such as disruptions in the work of increasing project and structure control firms, inaccuracies in the ground study reports, and incorrect soil class selection in the project stage, increase the number of earthquake-resistant structures. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze a design-made concrete structure in different soil classes to study how the structure varies in terms of earthquake performance. To determine this case, analysis was performed using the mode merge method in the IdeCAD static analysis program for a 5-ply reinforced structure. The research area is a 5-storey reinforced concrete structure designed as a housing project in Fevzi Çakmak District of Bafra District of Samsun province. The structure consists of 1 basement floor, 1 ground floor and 3 normal floors. The findings show an increase in the spectrum acceleration value, the base cutting force, the relative ply offset, the earthquake tipping moment, the internal forces of the columns and beams from the ZA floor class to the ZE floor class, which directly affects the value of the earthquake load. There is no significant increase in the base shear force and spectrum acceleration value between the ZA floor class and the ZB floor class, but there is a significant difference in the increase rate as ZB soil class goes to the ZE floor class. The torsional and rigidity irregularities in the structure are lower in the ZA floor class than in ZB, ZC, ZD and ZE floor classes. The second level indicator value is reduced due to the displacement and cutting forces that occur in the structure from the ZA floor class to the ZE floor class. Finally, the performance analysis (nonlinear push analysis) based on both earthquakes results in the ZA, ZB, ZC and ZD floor classes, while the structure is at limited damage performance level, while the ZE is at a level of ground-class controlled damage performance.
