Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is providing solutions to improve the levels of financial literacy and financial literacy of women working in the textile industry, compared to the demographic characteristics of women working in the family budget and the placement and contribution of women who are working in dependent. This study was aimed at comparing women's family budgets, as well as their changes in socio-economic lives and their plans for the future. Reading society and history through women and family has been interesting for many researchers. In order to contribute and place women in the family budget, the women's demographic characteristics and financial literacy were observed through specific tests in the subject of my research. Based on the sentence "Best knowledge is knowledge learned by living", I am very interested in identifying the level of literacy of women who are raising the future and determining what level they are at. As well as how much they can use their earnings, how much they can save for the future and do they start making new spending by entering into the work life. Do they make their own decisions about their spending, and do they differentiate spending, especially social spending? Is the presence of government incentives toward women facilitating employment in the workworld? The answers to the questions which I mentioned were sought and the study was very instructive for me.
