Post-independence Kazakhstan?s foreign policy

The Kazakhstan which starts to implement the effective policy in his region in order to potentiate the policies which central Asia Turkish republic tries to conduct regionally or globally is searched. This survey is conducted in the contemplation of that Kazakhstan will help the other Turkish states lead their own foreign policies like a compass. it is analyzed the efforts of attending to the global policies of Kazakhstan as more active than other Turkish states, of being found in the international organizations and Kazakhstan is found in the Eurasian region which all the world pays attention so it is investigated the leadership of Kazakhstan in establishing the organizations which needs to constitute in this region. At the same time, the global and regional relations carried out with the global forces and global organizations which make feel its impact in the region are among the most important issues of our study It is examined the pre-independence political condition of Kazakhstan, the attitude towards and the struggle for independence. As a result of this investigation, it is examined the independence struggle lasting from XV. Century to XX. Century. The second section includes how Kazakhstan gets his independences and the foreign and domestic policies implemented by the state post- independences. The third section includes the policies which Kazakhstan implements with his neighbors. It is evaluated the relationships many areas such as military, the Russian population, economic and trade relations. The border and security issues with china, the energy and market issues, and the water problem exceeding the border are investigated, also the border problem with Uzbekistan and economic relationship. It is examined the relationships with Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan. The fourth section includes what extend the regional and global actors take the role in the Kazakhstan?s foreign policy. In this context, it is examined that the mutual relations which the United States, European Union countries, Russia, China, Turkey carries out with Kazakhstan. Finally, it is given information about Kazakhstan's relations with the global and regional organizations and how he reflects the relations with the organizations on the foreign policy.
