Bahr Mamluks Dîvânü'l-Mezalim

Dîvânü?l Mezâlim was the highest court, in which sultan and major of state were participated to this court.This study is composed of an introduction, two parts, and a conclusion. In the introduction, a general information is given about the Bahrî Memluks. At the first part, information about the formation of divans at the Islamic and Turkic Islamic states is given. In addition, the most important divans are evaluated in this section. The second part is devoted to, Dîvânü?l Mezâlim and its place among the institutions of the Islamic and Turkic Islamic states is dealt until the Memluks. At this part Dîvânü?l Mezâlim is detonly waluated in conclusion general comments and evaluations about the issue areI suppose that, this study of mine would be benefical for those want to make researches on divans and on the Dîvânü?l Mezâlim
