Abstract (EN)

This study was conducted in the experimental area of Atlas Seed Company located in Cicekli Village in Tarsus district of Mersin as a double crop in 2019. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of bacteria and nitrogen fertilizer applications on yield and some agronomic characteristics of soybean grown as a double crop in Çukurova region. The experimental design was a split plot with three replications. Rhizobium Bradyjaponicum bacterial inoculation and six different doses of nitrogen fertilizer (0 kg/da N, 10 kg/da N, 15 kg/da N, 20 kg/da N, 25 kg/da N and 30 kg/da N) were applied. Arısoy variety was used as a plant material. In this study; plant height, first pod height, number of branches, number of pods, number of seeds per pod, 1000 seed weight seed yield, harvest index, biomass weight, oil ratio, protein ratio and oil yield characteristics were investigated. As a result of the research, it was concluded that bacterial inoculation and nitrogen fertilization had a positive effect on yield and investigated characteristics. The highest seed yield (423.0 kg/ha) was obtained from the applied of 300 kg nitrogen fertilizer per hectare with bacterial inoculated plots.
