Abstract (EN)
It has been occured population emigration between Ottoman Empire and Bulgaria during and after Balkan Wars. Muslim Turkish population under the bulgarian governance; had chosed to immigrate to Ottoman Empire states even though all difficulties of emigration because of the situations for example; losing Ottoman territories,negativeness of the war, atroticies of bulgarian gangs, embargo to estate and stuff.Bulgarians who live in Thrace and Macedonia soil under the governance of Ottoman Empire had the same situation like muslim turkish population in bulgaria and had immigrate to Bulgarian soil.Mutual emigrate situation has grew up automatically during the time of the Balkan Wars ,Ottoman Empire and Bulgaria has signed Treaty of İstanbul at 1913 after the Balkan War and this appendix protocol was the first aggrement of the population exchange.That?s why ; for determining of the mutual emigration which occured actually, a composite comission has been established for settling and bringing back the rights of the immigrants.There are some information on the bulgarian press and documents that Bulgarians had been annoyed to immigrate by Turks. Bulgarians negate atrocity and pressure which has implemented to Turks and they point out that Muslims chosed to be christian by themselves .They showed some documents about that situation.The allien journalists who followed the Balkan Wars in the front line, couldn?t hide the real situation and truths when they were reflecting their observation on published opuses. Population emigration during and after Balkan Wars and massacres mostly effected Turkish Muslims and negative attraction of these ,wanted to be erased on human minds in so many yearsİnspite of the economical,social and political situation of Ottoman Empire, all potentialities had used for settling and demanding prevations of the immigrants without any trouble.
