Serbian nationalism in Balkans

Nationalism phenomenon that appeared after French Revolution had deeply affected whole world during 19. Century. Also Balkan Region communities are affected by the idea of nationalism and they had rise against the existing empires for their freedom. Serbians were the first community that started rise against to Ottoman Empire in Balkan communities.During the I.World War Serbians couldn?t make their Great Serbia dream come true and after the II.World War they have tried to carry out the structure that they are the sole arbiter in Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. During the subversion of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and after the subversion of this republic, Serbians never give up to achieve their aims. They have engaged with Croatian and Bosnians for long time and taken Kosovo; however they have left these lands in 1999 as a result of NATO intervention.Serbian nationalism on Balkans cannot brought solutions to problems by diplomatic ways because of the requests of nations that are unwilling to live together peacefully makes impossible to solve them and these problems are carried to battle field as a result of that.
